Hi Everyone! I’m Jaclyn and I am a licensed occupational therapist, specializing in pediatrics. I’m a mom to a sweet girl and boy that I adore. I have over a decade of experience working with children of all ages and ability levels. I have worked with families at many stages in their lives: early intervention, acute care, ongoing outpatient therapy, or receiving diagnoses. I believe that the ideas I implement as an OT will benefit many children across ability levels. The ideas you will find here can apply to all kids and families at some phase in their life. I want to share them with you! My aim is to give you information from research and evidence, my experience, and occasionally my opinions. Your job is to read and decide if it fits your life, needs, and philosophy. After all, that’s all we can do as parents and providers: learn from each other and try our best. I hope you enjoy!
